It was a privilege to participate in the Carrier Service Center Meeting 2025 held in Istanbul, representing Shams Containers. The event brought together industry professionals for insightful discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaboration around service excellence and performance within the refrigeration and logistics ecosystem.
A particularly proud moment was witnessing Mubarak Yousuf and Nazeer Babu Umminiyattil from DP World – Jebel Ali Terminals FZE being recognized as EMEA’s top performers. Seeing former mentors honored for their leadership and consistent excellence was truly inspiring and well deserved.
The meeting also provided an excellent opportunity to connect with peers and friends from the industry, including Delano Kroonenberg (Carrier representative), Maykon Pereira, and Jason D. Navarro Morse. Insightful sessions, meaningful conversations, and great company made the event a valuable and memorable experience—reinforcing the importance of collaboration and continuous improvement across the global service community.
